NCCS as a subcontractor and Proha Plc , a Finland based multinational IT company as a prime Contractor analyzed the architecture, project plan, case studies, and staffed 39 experts in a month to a large web database project tender for European Union. (J2EE, Oracle, BEA, RUP). Result is yet to be finalized.

YTV Waste Benchmarking application renovation and maintenance 2006-2007
NCCS as a subcontractor and Compunication Oy, a Finland based company as a prime contractor was rated a best quality PHP MySQL vendor in Finland. It had the best references and the best project planning, (out of 12 bidders) in the tendering at Helsinki Metropolitan (YTV) PHP MySQL. It's references were evaluated 2 times as valuable as the company which won the tender.
