	Document Management System Document Management System here after known as DMS, is a web based application developed using Java, JSP and other latest web technology as the development tool. Oracle 10g has been used as the back end of the application. DMS system is developed to implement the information flow, messaging, tipani flow, registration, dispatch, and recording and file storage system that has been implementing the requirements of Government of Nepal. The present context of the system has been implemented on the basis of the structure and requirement specification as per High Level Commission for Information Technology here after known as HLCIT. 	Citizenship Card Distribution System The objective of Computerized Citizenship Card Distribution System (CCDS) is to provide the solution for citizenship card distribution process with the proper implementation of computerized processes. The system aims to achieve the various functionalities including Computerized Registration of record of citizenship certificate holders, processing, printing, distribution, high security Features, proper data backup and restoring system, full automation of the overall system of citizenship card distribution system. Citizenship card distribution system (CCSD) aims at fulfilling the need of paperless office concept. This system is a break through in the field of IT in context to Nepal. 	Border Immigration System Software This system is installed at the border immigration office, Nepalgunj. This system keeps the information of Nepali people going towards India from the border and Indian & third country foreigners coming to Nepal through the border point. 	Integrated Property Tax (IPT) Collection software Integrated Property Tax (IPT) Collection software for Butwal Municipality, under Rural Urban Partnership Program IPT software is developed for tax collection of municipality. It records all the details of the tax payers of the municipality and different taxable properties (Land, Building, Business, House rent and Lease Land). Based on the yearly valuation and different criteria's defined by the municipality, it generates total payable tax for each individual. Tools and Technologies used: Visual Basic 6.0, MS SQL Server
	Integrated Development Program (IDP), data entry and reporting. The software is implemented for generating reports for analysis purpose for the migration that takes place in a given location. 	Asset Management System The Asset Management System gives the tool to manipulate the inventory. 	Resource Management System The application was developed to maintain various resources of a company which deals in responding to oil spills. Resources include clients/companies, People, Foset Vessels, Contracts/Agreements, Events-Training, Events-Exercises, Events-Spills/Response, Reports, and Admin Section. 	Referral Management System This application allows the members to refer to a client to use the service. Each valid reference passed to another person will add referral point to the users, later the users can claim gifts according to accumulated points. 	Pharmacy Billing System This application allows maintaining database of the billing system of Pharmacy. The system maintains Purchase Entry System, Stock Maintaining System, Stock Maintaining System, Computerized Billing System, Sales Returning System (Bill Cancel system), individual Counter Collection Calculation System, Daily/Monthly/Annually Sales Report, Item wise Sales Report, Returned Sales Report, Item Expire Report, Stock Report. 	Airlines Flight Roster System This application allows creating the roster (schedule/routine) of the crew team including Pilot, Copilot and air Hostess. Not only this, this application also maintains the attendance and remarks of the conducted flight mainly focusing the crew team. This application is highly useful for all the airlines. 	Document Archiving System This is a client-server based document management system which tracks the document inflow and outflow in an office. It maintains a digital copy of all the outgoing and incoming letters in the server so that all the documents and its respective status can be effectively managed. 	Restaurant Management System Using this application, the Menu, Order and Billing System can have a proper computerized solution. User can add na update menu items, take new orders and modify existing orders, generate bill and print the bill. 	Office account management It stores the details of the all the income and expenditure of the organization and generates the required balance sheet. It is currently used by NCCS. Tools and technologies used: Visual Basic and SQL-Server
	Attendance System Using VC++ This application is used to maintain the attendance of the office staffs. It is based in client-server architecture so that they can punch their ID from any work station and the time is recorded in the server. When they enter premises, they have to enter their ID number and when leaving also they have to enter their respective ID number. The detail report of the attendance can be generated instantly including in-time, out-time, total duty hours spent on the office and many more. Tools and technologies used: Visual C++, SQL Server
	Inventory management and sales software This is a typical software useful for keeping the information of the items available in the departmental store or any type of sales store. It is capable of keeping the information of the available stock, daily sales, new items purchases, profit and loss, etc. The bills can be directly printed by the program. Many of the departmental stores and other provisional stores located mostly at the busy market of Kathmandu are implementing this software with satisfaction. 	NCCS front office management using Access 2000 This software keeps track of all the students of NCCS training who have been admitted to NCCS. Their payment, dues and collection can also be managed properly.
